With over a decade of dynamic leadership, our Managing Director has been at the forefront of transforming the DS Jindal Group into a diversified and future-ready conglomerate. Under his guidance, the group has expanded beyond steel into high-growth verticals including plastic pipes, cement, hardware, LED lighting, and most recently, GFRP rebars under our flagship brand, Flujo.
Carrying forward a legacy of over 70 years, he champions the Group’s unwavering commitment to quality, sustainability, and innovation. His strategic vision continues to shape the future of construction materials and infrastructure solutions in India and beyond.
Beyond the boardroom, he plays an active role in entrepreneurial and social ecosystems. He has held key leadership positions in EO Noida, including President and Retreat Chair, and drives philanthropic efforts through the DS Jindal Foundation, in honor of the Group’s founder, Shri Debi Sahai Jindal.
With a sharp focus on growth, people, and purpose, he is passionate about building strong teams, fostering innovation, and giving back to society, ensuring that the DS Jindal Group remains a symbol of trust and excellence for generations to come.

With a strong vision for innovation and diversification, Pratik Jindal represents the new-generation leadership at the Jindal Group, one of India’s most trusted industrial powerhouses. As Director, he has been instrumental in driving the group’s expansion into future-forward sectors, including GFRP rebars, solar energy, warehousing, and education, while continuing to strengthen its legacy in steel, construction, and mining.
A dynamic entrepreneur and strategic thinker, Pratik combines traditional values with modern business acumen. His focus on sustainability, technology-driven solutions, and value creation has led to the launch of Flujo GFRP Rebars, a game-changing innovation in construction materials.
Beyond the core businesses, he is a passionate angel investor, backing startups and ventures that align with his vision for scalable, impactful growth. Through his work, Pratik Jindal continues to shape the future of industries while staying rooted in the legacy of trust and excellence built by the Jindal Group.
